AMCHAMTT -BCP Webinar: Why Business Continuity Is Non-Negotiable For Companies

On 25 July 2025, Apexis Risk Innovation partnered with the American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago (AMCHAM T&T) to present an engaging and highly practical webinar titled “Why Business Continuity Is Non‑Negotiable for Companies.” The session proved to be a tremendous success, drawing strong participation from local MSMEs and corporate stakeholders alike—each actively contributing to a dynamic and insightful discussion.

The webinar delivered valuable, actionable content tailored to the needs of today’s businesses, especially micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Attendees explored core themes such as the building blocks of a resilient MSME, real-world lessons and solutions from the field, strategies for collaborating to enhance resilience, and clear steps to begin effective continuity planning immediately.

Our presenter, José Ignacio Quirós, brought exceptional expertise and clarity to the session. As the Director of CEPA S.A.—a Panamanian consultancy specializing in risk management, emergency response training, and business continuity—he leads initiatives that are deeply respected across Latin America and the Caribbean. Under his leadership, CEPA partners strategically with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and ARISE to deliver robust, high-impact training.

This webinar perfectly reflected Apexis’s mission to empower businesses through resilient risk solutions. Audience engagement was excellent, with participants actively asking questions, sharing experiences, and expressing enthusiasm to implement the frameworks discussed. The interactive nature of the event underlined its practicality and immediate relevance.

We are grateful to AMCHAM T&T for their invaluable collaboration and to every participant who joined us in strengthening their organization’s continuity posture. Apexis remains committed to delivering more such expertly crafted, solution-oriented initiatives in the future.
