Course Description
This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent falls and respond safely when working at heights. It focuses on hazard identification, fall risk assessment, safe use of personal protective equipment (PPE), fall arrest systems, ladder safety, and regulatory requirements. Participants learn to implement preventive measures and follow safe work practices to reduce the risk of fall-related injuries.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Recognize fall hazards in the workplace and assess associated risks.
- Understand regulatory requirements and industry standards for fall protection.
- Select, inspect, and correctly use fall protection equipment (harnesses, lanyards, anchor points).
- Implement safe work practices for ladders, scaffolds, and elevated platforms.
- Plan and execute tasks safely when working at heights.
- Respond effectively in the event of a fall and support rescue procedures.

- None required.
- Recommended: basic workplace safety awareness.
Course Attire

- PPE including safety boots, gloves, helmet, and harness for practical exercises.

Certification
