Fatigue Management 

Course Description

The Apexis Fatigue Management Training Program is a comprehensive online training designed to help employees and supervisors understand, identify, and manage fatigue in the workplace. The course combines evidence-based science on circadian rhythms, sleep health, lifestyle factors, and organizational strategies to reduce fatigue-related performance risks and improve overall workplace safety and wellbeing. Learners will gain practical tools to recognise the signs of tiredness, assess personal fatigue risk, and apply both individual and team-based fatigue mitigation strategies.


Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the physiological and behavioural indicators of fatigue.
  • Understand the role of circadian rhythms and sleep patterns in performance.

Prerequisite

  • No formal educational prerequisites.
